We have discussed already this once and as soon as we found out about the valve stem covers, I personally had a new valve stem cap ordered for your daughter and this was given to you last Saturday. If you're still having concerns and would like to discuss this, please give me a call at 740-522-1106. I was under the impression this was resolved and I apologize if that is not the case... The valve stem cap should of been there when we went to get the parts was told it was there and the service advisor had to run home and get the cap because it was sent to his house. For the inconvenience he should of given her the whole pack of 4 instead of saying I bought these out of my own pocket and kept them. It’s over an hr drive to your dealership, and then when we get there the parts are not there like we were told. That’s where the problem is lack of communication between your people and waste of my time sitting there waiting for parts that should of been there and was told was there to come get them at your convenience, boy what convenience that was.
