The same day service appointment is great my car was fixed and I was out of there in 1 hour. They only thing is a code didn’t get cleared so I had to drive from Zanesville again the next day to get the fixed and I was out of there in 1 hour. Walked in early to meet with Dominik Currance at 10:00 am and after several calls by members of the staff he did not show up nor would he answer his phone. Our finance process was seamless but took way too long from the time we had settled to our actual getting in the guys office...Honda has several offers listed that would have reduced the price of the vehicle, but because of the current CHIP situation, they are not inclined nor feel obligated to add or offer any discounts even for VETERANS (unless you have retired or are currently active) apparently Honda doesn't feel that VETERANS with 9 years of service deserve a measly 500$ discount. Advertised lease deals were not offered nor did any one offer to help in this regard, you have to ask and you still may not receive any fractional discount. "Dog days of summer" offer is currently being advertised on TV but the $950.00 service package is likely what you will end up paying for. More

The experience was very pleasant, but there were a few issues. We've already had to replace the battery.
