Immature service center employees, rude, displeasure to deal with. No one came to let me know my car was finished, found out myself by asking. Only after going to 2 Honda dealers for pricing for service I was wanting and having a quote from someone who previously worked there did I get a reasonable price. First quote was 2x the amount. Not su service I was wanting and having a quote from someone who previously worked there did I get a reasonable price. First quote was 2x the amount. Not sure if we will purchase from this dealership again. One time they broke oil stick and left oil on engine and now this. The service guy I talked with was the only reason we had them do the work. Zanesville Honda was the same price before we used our points. Nice friendly lobby but not worth double the cost. More
