I went in today with an urgent need for a new car. Justin was so awesome to work with. He listened to what I needed and made it happen along with Mitch! This was our second time working with Joseph and leasing a vehicle. He takes time to answer all questions, is very knowledgeable, and a great person! Kenneth was new but assisted Joseph in getting the cars, a vehicle. He takes time to answer all questions, is very knowledgeable, and a great person! Kenneth was new but assisted Joseph in getting the cars, collecting our information . He was friendly and personable. We talked to Dominick while we were there as a buffer before connecting with Joseph and after we made our decision about the car. He made us feel appreciated and seemed supportive to the staff. Daniel was the first sales person we talked to, he was pleasant at first but when I pushed back on pulling credit, getting numbers on our returned lease he became defensive and dismissive. Using verbiage like, “there is nothing we can do”, or “I can’t help you unless you do…” I work in customer service and disagreeing or using negative language doesn’t give a good first impression. Because I challenged him he made comments, “mom’s mad at me” and “can’t believe she smiled for you”. I wasn’t mad, but he should check himself. We are not buddies and don’t dismiss my questions. He could do great if he remembers to value every interaction with a customer, listen, and if you are unsure it’s better to say, “I will check on that” but not “there is nothing I can do for you”. Getting past the initial hiccup, this was overall a great experience! More
