Had car towed to dealership for oil to be checked as it was serviced two weeks prior and smelled like fuel, and also asked for engine air filter to be changed if needed; furthermore, I had also asked for b was serviced two weeks prior and smelled like fuel, and also asked for engine air filter to be changed if needed; furthermore, I had also asked for battery terminal to be cleaned from corrosion. The only thing that Honda applied was a diagnostic computer check costing over 150$. Upon “completion” of my vehicle according to Honda, I noticed nothing I had asked was done for service. Also, there are wrong screws holding the engine air filter in, and also loose bolts. The service manager said my car was driven 12 miles, however, the paperwork upon receipt of diagnostic check said only a single mile of change from whence it came; and according to them: upon completion. I cleaned my battery myself and discovered that battery needed replacement; then, I had my oil changed at another service department, and I still need screws for my engine air filter that are correct. More
