Sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. We spoke with multiple people in service, parts and finances and during our purchase and all of these people were very kind and polite. Sales Manager (Ron S with multiple people in service, parts and finances and during our purchase and all of these people were very kind and polite. Sales Manager (Ron Strong) was not friendly and did not act like he had time for us and multiple times reminded us we were buying a budget car, making us feel like we were not as important as if we were buying a more expensive car. His attitude and actions did not convey positive feelings. We understand that in negotiation of price and service we may not always get what we are asking but this was about more than that. It was about how he handled the situation overall. Also, we had wanted to order several things to have put in the car for repairs. We were told someone would call us the following day about this. After 2 days I called and spoke to the service/parts department who had no idea about anything (Ron S. Had wrote a very vague note on a “owe you” paper that was not enough alone to know what should be ordered). I was told they would try and figure o it what was supposed to be ordered and return my call later that day. I did not get a return call. After 3 days I called again and was told a certain person knew what to order and would call me to talk to me about it. That was a day ago and I have yet to hear back from anyone. I have bought cars from John Hinderer in past years which were much more expensive and newer than the car I recently purchased. I had no problems with those experiences which is why I came back to look for a car there again. However my husband has told me that after our experience this time we will never be returning there to get a car again. I hate it that one person has ruined our experience there but it also seems that the follow up service after our purchase is following down the same path of frustration that we had during the purchase. it’s sad to me because I’ve always liked the dealership but convincing my husband to change his feelings after all this will probably be impossible. More

Took car in for multiple problems. Left it for days. Got call car is all done go to get. NOTHING WAS FIXED. Told they ran code nothing showed up. One of the problems happened 2 days ago since.
