We purchased the Platinum Advantage Program from you when we bought the car. I am at about 17,000 miles. I was told I needed the rear differential fluid changed and it would be $199. I declined and did some research and found that this does not need to be done for several thousand more miles. I know the code for it was there. Now my husband was just in last week with his HRV. He has about the same mileage as I do. This was not mentioned to him. I feel two things, if this is a service that indeed needs to be done within the first three years of ownership it should be a covered expense within the Platinum Advantage Program and it seems that because I am a woman, this service was attempted to be sold to me, but was not mentioned to my husband for his vehicle. The young man who signed me in was polite and not pushy about it, however I do think this is an upsell that isn’t necessary at this time and should also be included in the very pricey Platinum Advantage Program. More

This dealership is great. After being Chevy owners for years, we’ve switched to Honda. The employees are really nice and always helpful. The place is always neat, clean and well cared for.
