First off, I was very reluctant to buy a "new" used car despite my need for a newer car, but I finally found the one I wanted all the way in Ohio. Greg made the experience one of comfort and confidence by going way above and beyond to give me everything I needed to be sure this was the car I wanted. Throughout the process, Greg was patient and receptive to my multiple inquiries and made this car buying experience both pleasant and reassuring. But the pleasant experience didn't stop after I purchased the car. When my husband and I flew into Ohio, Greg had someone meet us at the airport to take us to my car at the dealership.
