Sales people great but service seem to not care that we purchased a Honda Certified vehicle and there was a problem. It has been over two weeks. What the problem was that the original Sirius radio had been purchased a Honda Certified vehicle and there was a problem. It has been over two weeks. What the problem was that the original Sirius radio had been removed and a portable radio unit number installed. What happen Sirius was trying to activate the old number....they would not activate without us paying activation and three months of charges. It is the little things that matter that makes a difference. I tried at least three times in the last week to reach service. Finally found out today they are so busy no one answering calls. Ridgeway, Culver are some of the folks that were to call to resolve. Sales told me to have service fix the problem and he would pay for it. He even went back to service to discuss with someone.
