My experience with dropping off and getting my car detailed was poor. It started with Bryan my service "advisor." I dropped off my car at 8am. I arrived at 4:45pm and Bryan switched his name out on detailed was poor. It started with Bryan my service "advisor." I dropped off my car at 8am. I arrived at 4:45pm and Bryan switched his name out on the paper work. I received no call from Bryan even though he had taken my number. The car was not done and worse it could not be found for 15 minutes. I sat and waited 2 hours for the detail to be . completed. This place had my car 11 hours. Sadly no one in management was the least bit apologetic for my inconvenience. More
