I have bought my last 2 cars at John Hinderer Honda and was very dissatisfied with my service at the the service department. I had an appointment to get my oil changed and had a software update. At 9:00, my car will still sitting in the parking lot. I asked why they didn’t work on my car yet and they said they take walk ins and the walk ins were before me. I asked to speak to a manager. He said that appointments are only reservations. I told him that appointments should be before walk ins and I told him that that was bad business and they lost my business. More
