So, the reason why it wasn’t a 4 or 5 star was because when I got the bill, there were erroneous charges on there that I had to catch. There was the diagnostic fee which should have been deducted since I when I got the bill, there were erroneous charges on there that I had to catch. There was the diagnostic fee which should have been deducted since I had the work done. I received the tuneup paperwork that said the work was going to cost 749.99 plus taxes. It was over $900. Fortunately, Phillip was able to correct the major oversights As far as I can tell, the service work was good properly performed which is important. I was surprised that there was no mention of my brakes as the rotors have grooves in them. But, I was planning on taking care of that later anyways. More
