Improvement could be possible in the service entry area. I drove into the area, walked up to five employees, and waited. All employees glanced up and someone should have said,”Someone will be with area. I drove into the area, walked up to five employees, and waited. This behavior happened again upon returning to pickup my car for after $2,500 of service. Unfortunately Jerrod had left for the day. I had to loudly say, “Who is going to help me?” Jerrod is the reason for my 5star rating. Also the man who provided shuttle service named Kevin is delightful. More

The guy that was our service manager was wonderful. He was informative and friendly. It took over 2 hours for an oil change and auto butler. That was a long time.
