I could say so much about Shaun. He helped me out today with getting a new vehicle, when it was originally supposed to be someone else! But everything happens for a reason & I’m grateful it did!! The service people are great. My only complaint is I made an online appointment for an oil change for 6/3 at 630 and when I arrived I was told oil changes are first come first serve and appointments would no an online appointment for an oil change for 6/3 at 630 and when I arrived I was told oil changes are first come first serve and appointments would not be honored despite making online. If this is true don’t let ppl make online oil change appointments bc it’s annoying to drive 30 min out of my way to be told 2.5 hour wait on an appointment. Thanks. More
