Service was fine but took too long. Was told 2-3 hours and it took 4. Only update was when it went back to detail. No apology for length of time. 2nd time I have had an extremely long wait. I had a slow leak in my passenger front tire. The service person told me I had old dry rot tires and needed new tires. I ordered new tires and you put them on and aligned the car. Driving home, the car drove person told me I had old dry rot tires and needed new tires. I ordered new tires and you put them on and aligned the car. Driving home, the car drove smooth as silk. 1 week later the right front is low again. Brought it back ( you hadn't changed any of the valve stems with 800$ purchase of new tires) You replaced the front 2 valve stems that leaked. Drove the car home with a visible shake to the steering wheel. Brought the car back for oil change and tire rotation and to check the shake in the front end, please check the front tires because after the valve stems were replaced, it started to rattle in the front end. They drove it, told me I needed new tye rods. They changed the oil and rotated the tires. Now the front 2 tires are in the rear and the car drives home smooth. I talk to my husband. He can't figure out how you could have aligned the car with bad tye rods, if they were bad why didn't the car drive rough home with the 2 front tires on the back? I called back, talked to Luis, he had me come in and replaced the 2 other valve stems that were not replaced, road balanced the tires( (one was off 1 ounce) and now 3 appointments later my car drives smoothly, but my confidence in your service department is shaken. More
