This was my first visit to Hinderer. I had made an appt., but when I arrived, Bryan had not put my service needs into the system. Because of this, the parts needed were not in stock, causing me to wait 5 ho but when I arrived, Bryan had not put my service needs into the system. Because of this, the parts needed were not in stock, causing me to wait 5 hours for my repair to be done ( in the waiting room.) In addition, he did not advise me that the parts were not there, and a majority of the wait time was without any updates from him or the reason for the delay. Once I spoke with Jason Cutler about the unfortunate situation, he offered to take $240 off my total bill. Unfortunately I didn't look carefully at the invoice before I left, and only noticed when I returned home that the bill had only been adjusted by $100. I immediately phoned Jason, but he was away from his desk. I left a detailed message on his voicemail, including my name and number at about 4:15 on Friday, March 5, and he never returned my call. In addition, my steering wheel is still shaking when I brake from a high speed, which was the reason I brought the car in in the first place. Very, very disappointing first (and last) visit to Hinderer. More
Jacob was Great in the service department. My tire pressure wasn't checked during oil change. Tires pressure when I got home was 38-40 PSI.
