This was my second preowned vehicle I bought from them . This was my second preowned vehicle I bought from them . The first was a great with no issues from sales to finance. The salesperson larry was great and spent time with no pressure sale. When I test drove my truck it was at night and didnt notice the chip in the windshield until after purchase.i went back the next day and they said they would take care of it and give me a call Weeks went by no call. I spoke with larry 2 weeks ago and he said they would call me when there glassman was available. Haven't heard a word from them. Secondly I had to go back 3 times because the finance person kept forgetting to have me sign different papers. What a bad experience! now my oldest daughter is looking for a car and she wanted to see if they had a SUV for her and iam Leary about dealing with them do to this issues. I do believe they went from caring about there customers and more about the sale threw the years! More

Every time I come in to have car serviced there is always someone new at the desk. The turnover in that position I feel hurts the customer service aspect.
