I had a tire I was told needed replaced that I had towed in as a “flat”. That was 3 weeks prior. The new tire list air shortly after this service. They showed me to the waiting area. I did not have a single person come and update me at all. I had to walk back out 2 hours later and see what was going on. That’s when a different tech told me they were replacing the valve stem on the NEW tire. It was not finished until 3 plus hours after I walked in. I normally have fantastic customer service with John Hinderer. This was definitely not the case last night. More
