Amy and Ashley were both great in getting me a rental car for vacation after I was in a bind with Enterprise. Amy had advised me that they had a rental however I didn’t get off work until Thursday evening a for vacation after I was in a bind with Enterprise. Amy had advised me that they had a rental however I didn’t get off work until Thursday evening and had rented out the vehicle to another customer due to not being able to hold the vehicle. Amy did tell me however if she got another rental she would call me and that’s just what she did. Great Customer Service and will rent a vehicle from here again!! More

Very poor customer service by the tech, was promised free oil change by salesman and then that turns out to be false information. Was told it would cost extra for the full synthetic oil at the time of servic oil change by salesman and then that turns out to be false information. Was told it would cost extra for the full synthetic oil at the time of service when I was told at the time of purchase of the vehicle it would be free. Extremely unfriendly staff. Also the daily texting asking for a review is extremely annoying and unnecessary. More
