Linda, We are so sorry that your 2013 Chevy Sonic is having a mechanical challenge. I reviewed your purchase contract with us and it looks like although you declined a vehicle service contract that may have covered the cost, we did include the Hinderer Advantage program at no cost to you. It certainly doesn't replace a VSC but it can save you some money on the repairs of your car. So sorry for all your recent troubles, sounds like you have had more than your fair share. As a one-time goodwill repair JHH will. be willing to cover 50% of the labor required. Let me know when you'd like to get it fixed. Thanks Justin.

Thank you so much for your feedback regarding your Mom's purchase experience. We are so sorry if there is any confusion regarding the cost including the state and dealer fees to process your title and purchase transaction. We certainly let you know that if you wanted to avoid any fees or taxes you were more than welcome to complete the transaction without us. Your Mom felt that the tax savings was greater by processing her trade, hence taking advantage of the tax savings than the extra $250 cost that was required. As far as the paperwork was concerned we would have liked to have it ready for you as well to speed up the delivery, but based on the transaction we needed all of your titling information prior to processing your Mom's paperwork.
