WOW! ! That sums up the service I received! My visit was supposed to be for regular maintenance, but turned into more. My car had been putting off a burnin ! That sums up the service I received! My visit was supposed to be for regular maintenance, but turned into more. My car had been putting off a burning smell off and on for a while. It thankfully just happened to do it when I arrived for my appointment. Luis didn’t hesitate to lift the hood right there and saw it was leaking coolant. He let Jay know of the additional item and Jay just ran with it. It wasn’t as simple as just replacing a hose, he had to take some things apart to get to the root cause. Of course this took longer than the regular maintenance that was scheduled but he didn’t mind one bit! Jay and Luis also discovered a loose wire that could have caused an additional visit down the road but it was proactively corrected during the visit! This! This is why I stay with Hinderer Honda for my car needs! I have been blessed with working with Luis and Jay in the past and they continue to amaze me! Thank you both so much! More

My service rep, Thomas, is the best. Keeps me informed, explains if any delays, always shows me how everything checked out, like my tires/brakes, and my car is always washed (and in wint Keeps me informed, explains if any delays, always shows me how everything checked out, like my tires/brakes, and my car is always washed (and in winter) they have it ready inside and ready to go! There is not any up-sale of items that I truly don't need but provide options and Thomas makes sure I am following what is expected on my used Subaru Crosstrek that I purchased from John Hinderer over 3 years ago. Thomas is A+ on customer-focused and customer-service! Hats off to the service repair people too! More
