Completely terrible in every way. At first, everything was great. I was communicated with and kept in the loop. As soon as insurance companies gave the OK I never heard anything. I could have picked my car up on September 10 but no one told me, I found out from the rental company on the 14th and had to have them extend the rental. One part isn’t in yet for my car and that’s not John Hinderer’s fault at all. I called today, September 19th and was told I could come get my car today I would just have to come back later for the part they’re waiting on. Awesome! I asked what time they were open until today and if they had sunday hours. The man on the phone said 5pm and noon to five Sunday. I even told them if I can’t make it today or some or two I would call them. So I find a ride (I live in Columbus 36 miles away) and get there at 2:30..my car is at collision which closed at 1, not 5 and no one could help me and didn’t seem to care either. They knew I was coming they couldn’t give service my car keys? I waisted so much tome and gas money for a HORRIBLE customer service experience. That’s not how you treat people. Not only did I buy the car from you in April I had it towed to you because I had a good experience with you do you get to pocket insurance money and not give a flying f about my experience. I will never be back and I will tell everyone I know. I am pretty sure I selected the correct Zach in the service area who I had been in contact with, however I may not have if he was not the person I apologize. I was overwhelmingly impressed with the outstanding customer service that both Henry Tiller and Mason Packham provided. I appreciate the extra effort both employees were willing to extend.
