Went in for 100,000 mile service and also wanted simple plastic front grill put back on after a tree hit it. 5 1/2 hours later the grill that wasn't broke to begin with never got put on and I was charged o plastic front grill put back on after a tree hit it. 5 1/2 hours later the grill that wasn't broke to begin with never got put on and I was charged over $1700 in "routine" maintenance that didn't need done. Service guy said I could stay for 2 more hours and $250 more they could "pop" the plastic grill back on. Prices on service doesn't reflect what I got in return. Will never buy Honda Odyssey or service anything from John Hinderer again. More
