The repair work Honda (collision dept.) performed was excellent! However, the detailing afterwards was subpar; compound residue was left all over the exterior and interior of my car, i.e. it was dirtier excellent! However, the detailing afterwards was subpar; compound residue was left all over the exterior and interior of my car, i.e. it was dirtier when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. I try to take very good care of my car, and for a 2013 it looks really good. Therefore, I was quite disappointed in how dirty it was, interior especially since I have to spend time and money to make it look new again. As for customer service, Amy Smith (rental dept.) went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and happy with my rental during the time my car was being repaired. Amy is friendly, personable, and great to work with! In the collision dept., Zach Weisend was respectful and great to work with, as well. He was courteous and professional. Overall, I am very pleased with my recent experience at John Hinderer Honda. More
