I had my vehicle towed in because it didn’t start. After the starter was replaced, I was called to come pick it up. Apparently no one took it for a test drive because I got about a block away from the deale the starter was replaced, I was called to come pick it up. Apparently no one took it for a test drive because I got about a block away from the dealership and knew for sure that it still wasn’t running correctly. Sure enough, the oil pressure light came on. I returned right away to have my vehicle checked...for real this time. I will say Phillip was great at communicating at the beginning. He kept me up to date about what was happening and approximately how long it would take. The longer my repair took the more people got involved, the more got lost in translation or just not mentioned. when I was told I could pick up my vehicle the second time, the service rep(not Phillip) failed to tell me that I would have to take it to another dealer for the final step of the repair... The whole process ended up taking 3 WEEKS! More

The customer service was perfectly fine, however, I got a second opinion to have a dishcharge hose and a/c recharge done at another local dealer and they were more than half the price ($977 vs. $400).
