We will never purchase a vehicle here again. We specifically told the finance person that we didn’t want to do a loan through a particular bank, but he did anyway. No one ever contacted us to discuss the situation or make sure it was okay to run our credit again. We had to call you to figure out what was going on! Additionally, my husband has called multiple times because the parking brake on his vehicle that we purchased there doesn’t work. He has been told to speak with his salesperson who won’t call him back. I’ve never had such a terrible car buying experience. More
