A long way to go, but worth it. I started coming to Hinderer Honda service because they have the only AutoButler in the central OHIO area. I’m coming from Grove City, so about 40 m I started coming to Hinderer Honda service because they have the only AutoButler in the central OHIO area. I’m coming from Grove City, so about 40 minutes away. That said, I am always treated fairly and efficiently by Zach Farrington. With others, I am generally confronted with check-in that questions my pre-paid oil change. It seems they have to do some searching to find that record. I also don’t understand the check-in document that I must sign that adds items I didn’t request (like a multi-point check) AND that shows it’s “customer responsibility” to pay for these things, including my pre-paid oil change. Documents could be made to be more accurate and assuring to customers. More

Best Sales Experience Ever! Was looking at a used 2008 truck out of state. My salesperson Eric Stephenson, went above and beyond to help me. All the while, remaining kind, patien Was looking at a used 2008 truck out of state. My salesperson Eric Stephenson, went above and beyond to help me. All the while, remaining kind, patient and completely non pressuring. He took photos and videos to send. He also gave me a FaceTime tour of the vehicle. He made himself available for questions and responded immediately. I was nervous about some rust and Eric actually put it up on lift to check it out for me! In the end I did not purchase the truck, but I highly recommend You ask for Eric for the best car buying experience you’re ever going to get. More
