Sent our vehicle out for service at Hinderer. They had our vehicle for almost 2 weeks (returned 3 times not fixed). I have called Jason the service manager 3 times and left messages and no returned calls. our vehicle for almost 2 weeks (returned 3 times not fixed). I have called Jason the service manager 3 times and left messages and no returned calls. Time before that service department lied about service performed and charged us for the service. vehicle before that they left the drain plug loose and leaked oil out. They eventually make it tolerable by offering free oil changes but it shouldn’t take this much hounding, complaining, and calls to get simple services completed. More

Phillip was swamped, but he was polite, friendly and respectful. He listened to what I requested and acted on it. Too often I go to get service at various places and I am treated like I don't know anyth respectful. He listened to what I requested and acted on it. Phillip treated me as an equal, and did not speak to me like I was stupid, which is really all I ask for, but seems to be lost on many service center employees. I also overheard a conversation he had with another customer where he seemed to genuinely care that the gentleman got the service that was best for him. Phillip, I was pleasantly surprised and thrilled by your quality of service. I went home and gushed to my husband and friends about how great you were! Keep being you! More
