I had motor issues after I bought the vehicle on my way home. It was fine on test drive, but issues began on start in the dealership to go home. They fixed some of them, but not all. Now, over a month late home. It was fine on test drive, but issues began on start in the dealership to go home. They fixed some of them, but not all. Now, over a month later I’m still trying to fix an idling issue. I’d never have paid full price on a vehicle in need of repairs, but once you sign the paperwork it’s your problem. While in the shop, they also lost my engine cover. Now how bad of a Honda service shop do you have to be to lose a Ford engine cover? I’ll not be going back and would recommend to others to avoid them at all costs, if possible. I will say this though, the people were great. Weston was understanding and fully backed me up. The management agreed to fix the SUV, but after I had to bring it back twice due to the vehicle not being fixed properly, they tired quickly and basically said they’d done all they were going to do and I was on my own. Again, the people that I dealt with were great and very kind, but somebody upstairs made the call to pass me on for more profitable work. More
