Got the car I wanted at a fair price, but service and COVID19 precautions could’ve been better. I made an appointment online expecting to be helped at the time of arrival. I waited for 15 min for the salesperson to greet us, only for her to say she didn’t know we were coming in. So we waited another 15 min just to see the car. The gas tank was empty so we couldn’t test drive longer than 5 min. Negotiating price wasn’t too painful, although there should be more transparency around the accessories (GPS) that apparently can’t be removed. They say they are taking all precautions with COVID19, but we saw countless employees not wearing PPE and not enforcing social distancing. It just seemed chaotic and poorly planned from a safety perspective. All in all, we got the car we wanted at a fair price, and Justin was very helpful, so I’m happy but not enough to be a repeat customer. More
