As far as the guys I've dealt with directly, they have been great. They have communicated well with me and have been good to me. However, in terms of actual repairs (as opposed to regular maintenance) my been great. They have communicated well with me and have been good to me. However, in terms of actual repairs (as opposed to regular maintenance) my experience has not been satisfactory. I had issues with my tires leaking air, and I had an issue with a wheel bearing. I understand these are things that happen, but both issues needed 3+ visits to get resolved. I'm glad these issues were taken care of, but the 30 minute commute (each direction) that many times for both of these issues was definitely an inconvenience. Especially right now, with the corona virus going around, when we're supposed to be keeping our distance from one another. I've dealt exclusively with Hinderer Honda since I purchased my vehicle there in 2013, but I'll be honest, I plan on looking elsewhere for my future business. More

They were great. The repairs were perfect. The customer service was excellent. I did have a slight issue after I picked up the vehicle but they quickly corrected it. Fantastic. Fast and affordable I was very pleased to find that this dealer did oil changes on all vehicles. I brought my Honda in for a recall and saw the board on the wall and t I was very pleased to find that this dealer did oil changes on all vehicles. I brought my Honda in for a recall and saw the board on the wall and talked to the gal at the desk and I told her that I would be back. I did! With the Ford, for an oil change. They were fast, proficient, and affordable! I WILL be back!!! More
