Was told that the service on my Honda Civic would take a hour and a half and instead it took 3 hours . When I got the car back they had disconnected the battery and my radio had to have a code programmed i hour and a half and instead it took 3 hours . Service on the car appears to have been competent so far. I paid $800.00 and the car wasn’t cleaned inside at all. Everyone was very polite. No mess left under the hood or underneath. Skid plate was put back on. Was watching my car get serviced & noticed the tech putting my drain plug back in was using a wrench to tight underneath. Skid plate was put back on.
