AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!!I bought a 2014 AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!! I bought a 2014 Jetta Sportwagen on Dec. 14 2019. I worked with Eric Stephenson. During the test drive the su AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!! I bought a 2014 Jetta Sportwagen on Dec. 14 2019. I worked with Eric Stephenson. During the test drive the sunroof would not open at all and made a grinding noise, when tried. Eric told me it would be fixed if I wanted the car. I liked the car and and wrongfully assumed he had some amount of integrity. Before leaving the dealership I tried the sunroof. It opened and closed, problem solved right? Later that week there was snow. I was clearing off my car when I noticed that the sunroof wasn't aligned with the roof properly. I called the dealership and they said to bring it by. When I brought it down I was told there wasn't a tech in to look at it and to leave my name and number and they'd call me back. Never heard back. I called them again on Dec. 28 and scheduled and appointment for Monday the 30th at 9am. I bring it down and they tell me I need to replace the sunroof track because it is bent. I went and talked to Eric again and explained to him that the sunroof still isn't fixed. He asked me to have a seat as he went and talked to Justin. He comes back and says that I should contact VW but there was nothing else they could do. I call VW and their first question was, why do they think we should pay for it? I told them I was just jumping through their hoops in hopes of a resolution. After I got off the phone with Byers VW, I went and found another sales manager who was the most helpful so far. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. But when I was explaining the situation to him, Michael Dixon another sales manager, rudely interrupts and tells the other sales manager we had already had a conversation and that it's been taken care of. The currently unknown sales manager asks to see the file on my purchase. I was again asked to have a seat. Over the next half hour or so I spoke with Michael back and forth and in the end told me I needed to show up to the VW dealership and see what they can do. He also told me to purposely deceive the dealership and specifically not mention I purchased from them, because then VW would not help me. It seems to be a common theme over the last few months for this dealership to say something will be fixed and then when it's not, they act like it's not their responsibility to fix the problem they said they would fix. I contacted them again this morning. I will be filing a claim with the Consumer Protection Agency later today if I am not contacted with some sort of resolution. More

When I hit a deer with my ‘04 Pilot, I was devastated. I loved it and didn’t know if I would be able to find another one that I liked as much. While searching on autotrader, we came across an ‘08 and instan loved it and didn’t know if I would be able to find another one that I liked as much. While searching on autotrader, we came across an ‘08 and instantly knew that this was the one we wanted. We drove three and a half hours from Pennsylvania to John Hinderer to get it. This was honestly the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. It was quick and Jordan was incredible! Great price, great customer service, and a great vehicle. Thank you so much for my new Pilot, Jordan!!! More
