Great Customer Experience I recently had a recall on my vehicle. I dropped it off Saturday morning, and unfortunately something happened to the radiator while it was worked on. I recently had a recall on my vehicle. I dropped it off Saturday morning, and unfortunately something happened to the radiator while it was worked on. Jerrod made sure I was taken care of though. Service dept. The service department replaced a catalytic converter. When I picked it up it was making a strange noise. When I took it back they said it was the hea The service department replaced a catalytic converter. When I picked it up it was making a strange noise. When I took it back they said it was the heat shield and it was making noise when I brought it in the first time( it wasn't). I waited 30 minutes while they fixed it. It started doing it again. I called them up again and the person I talked to kept telling me I brought it in like that. I asked him if the heat shield was messed up when I brought it in didn't they mention it during the estimate? He said it wasn't a safety issue. I finally told him I didn't like being called a liar and would just take it somewhere else to get it fixed. I called the manager and left a message him 5 hours ago.about what happened. He never called back. I Will never take another vehicle there again. More

I took my vehicle in expecting to hear Just had a fantastic experience at Hinderer. All of my electronic sensing devices quit working on my 2018 CR-V. I took my vehicle in expecting to hear that somehow it wasn't fully covered by the warranty or it wasn't fixable,. Boy, was I wrong. The entire system was replaced at no cost to me, and it was done the next day. Special thanks to Jay Whitehead who did the repairs and Jonathon Hinderer who was the Service Advisor. Note: I am a first-time buyer and very satisfied customer who will most likely buy here again. More
