Express service it was not. I was unaware that Express service meant an hour wait for oil change and tire rotation. I liked when I made appointments and knew my car would be rea I was unaware that Express service meant an hour wait for oil change and tire rotation. I liked when I made appointments and knew my car would be ready within a certain time period. I can understand being busy, but I was told it wouldn't be that long. Samantha at the desk was very pleasant by the way. But I did overhear it be told to a customer that brought in a car that wasn't a Honda that he wouldn't have to wait as long because there was a different service bay for cars that weren't Hondas. Is this true? Can a non-Honda owner receive better service than someone who bought a car from a Honda dealer? I have no reason to spend $60 and travel 30miles to have my Acura serviced where I bought it. Next time I won't. More
