Wrong diagnosis and tried to charge me thousands I took my 2018 CR-V here for diagnostic work because the vehicle was having all kinds of issues and wouldn't go over 35. They told me that the wiring I took my 2018 CR-V here for diagnostic work because the vehicle was having all kinds of issues and wouldn't go over 35. They told me that the wiring harness had gone bad and it would be over $2000 to fix it. I paid them the $130 diagnostic fee and took my car back, because something didn't add up. I took it to a local independent shop who suggested I take it to Lindsay Honda and have them look at it. It turned out to be a completely different issue in a turbine sensor needing replaced. Lindsey Honda repaired this item at no charge to me. When I told the John Hinderer Honda about this and asked for my money back, the guy laughed at me and told me the other dealer likely just put a band aid on it and laughed it off. I had never had much luck with Hinderer Honda in the past and only took my car there this time because it was in limp mode and didn't want to go to Columbus. However in the future, I'll pay the tow bill because Hinderer Honda has no problem taking your $130 without remorse and keeping it. More
