Wow - so our son had us come out this weekend to show us a problem with his brand new Civic Type-R. He takes it in for a warranty repair where he bought it at #JohnHindererHonda and they refuse to fix it. T a problem with his brand new Civic Type-R. He takes it in for a warranty repair where he bought it at #JohnHindererHonda and they refuse to fix it. They told him to take it home and to suck out the water because the evaporator hose was cut or torn and Honda won't cover it? This car was very expensive and brand new with a supposed bumper to bumper warranty - What terrible service! Hopefully Danielle can get somewhere with another dealership to fix this thing! Also, after much research, this exact thing has been a problem in Civic going back to 2012. The difference is...other dealerships didn’t turn their customers away. very poor service and corporate along with the BBB are being notified along with this being a health hazard, a lawyer will be contacted as well if this does not get resolved with in the next 24-48 hours. More

Dishonest I took my car to Hinderer because I thought they had a great, honest service department. I have had good experiences in the past. But apparently unles I took my car to Hinderer because I thought they had a great, honest service department. I have had good experiences in the past. But apparently unless it’s something simple and specific or an insurance job they aren’t so honest and up front. The techs though are very friendly and do really good work. Would recommend for an oil change, as long as it’s not too late in the evening as the supervisor will meet you with an attitude, or an insurance job but otherwise you better know a thing or two about cars so you don’t get charged for things you don’t need. More
