Poor Customer Service I went before and let them fixed my splash shield in the bottom front and it still fell off because they didn’t even fixed it they just tied it in the I went before and let them fixed my splash shield in the bottom front and it still fell off because they didn’t even fixed it they just tied it in the bottom. I went to let them fix it again on Saturday but they just put on 3 screw because they run out of screw plus have to pay for every screw they put on. Never going back again! More

The moment I walked onto the lot I was created by the most friendly staff I've ever encountered, they knew exactly who I was and what car I was interested in. Fantastic service all around, and made my car buying experience as smooth as possible. 10/10 would recommend More
Always fast and thorough I took it in just to get a new key, which took less than half the time I expected, on a Saturday. They told me there was an airbag recall, and they co I took it in just to get a new key, which took less than half the time I expected, on a Saturday. They told me there was an airbag recall, and they could take care of it within an hour, so we waited. Free wifi and snacks in tge waiting room, several TVs, reasonably comfy chairs. Packed with people this particular Saturday, but in the end we were there less than an hour. Fast, professionally friendly. More
Poor customer service just went in for routine oil change. That was ok. When the girl asked me if I want a tire rotation I told the girl I had to get new tires last week so just went in for routine oil change. That was ok. I said as a matter of fact I only had 27,593 miles on my car and the tires already were showing cord! She asked me if I wanted to speak to the service manager and I said yes. Figured he’d find me while I was waiting on my service to get done. Nope! Before we left I asked her if I was going to get to speak with him but he was busy. I was assured he’d call me but have not heard a word and that’s been 2 days ago. There have been other issues with my car that have not been satisfactorily taken care of. I’ve actually had to call Honda International direct before to get one issue taken care of. Personally I wouldn’t recommend John Hinderer Honda to anyone More

Had cash to buy my relative a car, Casey Jones told us to come out and see Mig So I guess this dealership lives up to it's name so I can't be too mad. Had cash to buy my relative a car, Casey Jones told us to come out and see Miguel for a 415 appointment, drove 40 minutes to be told the vehicle had been sold 30 min prior- after being told the previous test driver had canceled. Poor communication, I was literally Hindered from buying a Hinderer Honda. Classic. More
Rear end damage to bumper and tailgate along with defective Repair was done correctly but when van was returned rear tail light does not work along with brake light. Rear tail light assembly is going to cost me over a $100 to repair. This was removed for repair and now doesnt work. Was told paint was covered under warranty then told when picking up I would be charged $100 for the paint repair. I disputed charge and eventually it was removed but if I hadnt had been looking for it they would have charged me. The staff was friendly and responsive. More
