Todd was super nice. Less impressed with the shop. Todd, the estimator, was very friendly. He drove us over to Target so we wouldn’t have to wait in the lobby. While burning time, I received a call from the body shop that they ran into a snag and that they ordered the wrong part and that the correct part wouldn’t be there until the next day. I was frustrated because it’s 35 minutes one way to get there. I called my husband at work to tell him that I would have to bring the Jeep back and he said that isn’t right and called and spoke to the guy who called me. When they ordered the part they ordered it by the vin but didn’t realize the hitch was installed after we purchased it and so my husband explained to the man that he just had to follow the template and cut it out. We waited another hour and a half on it when we got back but Todd was very nice and kept giving us updates as he received them and offered to bring us ice cream or something to drink. The girl up front was also very nice. More

This is the only service place that I've ever let touch my Honda, including once when I had trouble out of town and had it towed here rather than letting someone out of town service it. All the employees are really nice and take their time answering any questions I have about my van or the service. They have a comfortable waiting area with drinks and my weakness, cookies. OK, it's not just the cookies that gets me to use John Hinderer for service. I've been having my van serviced here long enough that I've gone through two remodels with them. The only thing that doesn't change is how great the service people are. More
