Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you had this experience. When we do our multi-point inspection, if the tires are not off we do a visual inspection - and depending on the vehicle, rim, etc. they are not nearly as accurate as if we were to take the tire off and use a tool to give a full inspection of the brakes.
