I quickly received an email response to followup and arrange an appointment, which I set for a couple of weeks in advance. However, I had a change of heart and walked in a few days later to get more information. The sales rep, Jason Waldren, swiftly pulled my information about the vehicle I inquired about and addressed my questions without prior arrangement. He ran my financial numbers to see if the car was affordable within my budget. We then took the car out for a test drive and described the car's mechanical and technological features. Due to his professionalism and consideration, I ultimately purchased the vehicle that same day. Afterwards, Jason sent me over to the Business Manager, Taylor McIntosh. Taylor was very knowledgeable about the coverage plans, finance options, and my credit history. We agreed on the best finance options based on my income. He also convinced me to take the Platinum Plan after thoroughly explaining all of its benefits. Taylor also got me financed through my personal bank with a low APR rate! I would highly recommend John Hinderer Honda to anyone seeking a new or used Honda due to my experience with its amazing team. More
