Comfortable and welcoming experience. I don't typically go out of my way to write very many reviews for people but my recent experience at John Hinderer deserves an exception! I called in I don't typically go out of my way to write very many reviews for people but my recent experience at John Hinderer deserves an exception! I called in to schedule an oil change and was told they were booked for the evening unless I could be there within 10 minutes, I did not have an appointment and needed about 25 minutes to get there but was told that "maybe I could just show up a little late." I was in a time crunch to get this service done and they still managed to fit me in which really helped me have a more productive evening. While browsing the lot for cars I was greeted by Amy who reached out to see if I needed any assistance. I was not shopping for cars and there was no pressure to purchase anything, but she still took the time to show me around and point out a rare vehicle in their lot and share a bit of history on it even though I was not in the market for a vehicle. She could have easily walked away after learning I was only there for service but she still took the time to make sure I had a great experience. More

Great, speedy They called me about a recall on our Oddessy, we set a day, dropped it by and had it done within a week.
