Fast and friendly My car was due for 30K maintenance and I was told it would be a 2 1/2 to 3 hour wait. I didn’t mind because the waiting room is quite nice. No Serius Signal When O discovered that I was unable to receive a signal from Serius, I contacted them and was told that I needed to take my CRV to the dealer, because When O discovered that I was unable to receive a signal from Serius, I contacted them and was told that I needed to take my CRV to the dealer, because Serius was unable to connect with it. I phoned Hinderer and got a next day appointment. The problem was fixed quickly, and all is well. As always, I was treated with courtesy and respect. They took all my information and walked me to a very nice waiting area which they asked if I needed any beverages while I waited. When the oil change was completed, my car was washed and ready to go. Worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere Saturday morning I sent my son to get the oil changed in his 2016 Honda Civic and asked to have the transmission fluid changed. He then called me to t Saturday morning I sent my son to get the oil changed in his 2016 Honda Civic and asked to have the transmission fluid changed. He then called me to tell me it was going to be over $470. Which by the way is over $200 more than it should’ve been. Needless to say I was less than thrilled to get the call telling me this. He was at the service center at 8:30 in the morning that opens at 9:00. Then after his oil change that took 2.5 hours no one had even told him his car was ready. He did not leave the service center until after 11:20. It was left out blocking other vehicles from getting through. On top of that they offer a 10% discount for military and first responders that I did not receive. I am a veteran of the USMC after serving 6 years on active duty in the infantry and also a registered nurse, so to slight me the measly 10% after trying to upcharge my 16 year old son has left a very bitter taste in my mouth and neither myself nor any in my family will ever do business with this establishment again. More

They have always been prompt and courteous and always make certain I am completely satisfied. My last visit for an oil change also discovered a slow leak in a tire. They had the tire replaced and the oil change completed with only a slight delay in the promised delivery time. We have purchased or leased several vehicles from the Hinderer sales team and always visit the service and/or body shop for issues. The folks are always great and some have even become friends. More
