Did not accomplish anything I needed them to. I had an appointment to fix my screen display and get an oil changed. When I arrived, I had told them I was leaving my car there and I would come back I had an appointment to fix my screen display and get an oil changed. When I arrived, I had told them I was leaving my car there and I would come back later to pick it up. I received a call a few hours later regarding the display screen and the solution to fix it. The guy on the phone told me they needed to order the part and it would arrive the following morning. We discussed the cost, and I have him the go ahead to have it done. He told me that he would give me a call when it was ready. The following day, I had not heard from the office and called around 4:30 and spoke with a woman. The woman had told me that the mechanics were currently working on my car and it would be finished within an hour. I love about forty minutes away so I decided to have my boyfriend take me and I would just wait until it was completed if it wasn’t already done once I got there. When I got there I told one of the workers that I was here to get my car and the lady on the phone told me it would be done soon. He looked confused and then proceeded to tell me the part hasn’t even been delivered and it wouldn’t get there until the next day. I was very confused and annoyed that the previous guy told me it would have been delivered that morning, and then the lady on the phone told me they were currently working on the car. I had to work the next day and needed my car. I told the guy at the desk I was going to take my car and return it the next day to have the display screen fixed. After one of the mechanics pulled my car around I realized that my tires had not been rotated (like I asked) and the oil had not been changed. Instead, there was an estimate paper sitting on my passenger seat for the cost of fixing my back bumper, which is something I never even mentioned I wanted fixed. I have been coming to this Honda for a long time and I won’t be returning after this visit. The unorganized cautious that they caused made me pretty infuriated. I’ve found a new auto store to take my car to now. ***please note. I do not remember the 2nd guy’s name and the lady on the phone did not state hers. I know the first guy I worked with his name was Jason but other than that I don’t remember. More
