Disappointed When I booked my last service the person who set my appointment failed to tell me it would take 5 hours to complete the work. It was set for 2:00 PM When I booked my last service the person who set my appointment failed to tell me it would take 5 hours to complete the work. It was set for 2:00 PM on a Saturday and the service department closes at 5:00 PM. I come from out of town so finding this out when I arrived was quite inconvenient. Typically your service is exceptional. I want to thank Jacob Dornbirer, however, for getting me rescheduled for another date and was able to address another issue that was tested when I was there and repaired that, so the trip was not a total loss.
