Key replacement One of my Honda keys had broken and I took it to John Hinderer Honda to get it replaced. They didn’t have the key, but were able to get one the next d One of my Honda keys had broken and I took it to John Hinderer Honda to get it replaced. They didn’t have the key, but were able to get one the next day. The service department programmed the key. The cost was $165. Rather expensive, but the key worked and the service staff were nice. Not good. This was our first oil change on our 2019 Honda Accord. My wife took the vehicle in on Friday to get the oil changed they also rotated the tires. My w This was our first oil change on our 2019 Honda Accord. My wife took the vehicle in on Friday to get the oil changed they also rotated the tires. My wife waited patiently and she finally saw them bring our car out about 25 minutes later she went and asked the guy if our vehicle was done and he said no she said well it's sitting out in the parking lot and he said, I guess it is. To me that is bad customer service. The next day our low air pressure light came on I checked the pressure in the tires and they were all good. She took it to the dealership on Monday morning she was there about 45 minutes and they checked it and said nothing was wrong and reset the warning light. not even 15 minutes after she left the light came back on again she called the service center they said that they would fix it she took it in Tuesday morning and was there over an hour again. The gentleman helping her said there was a slow leak somewhere they looked at it and could not find one finally after my wife was waiting forever and caused her to be late to work they came out and said the tech forgot to recalibrate something when he rotated the tires.Between this gentleman making my wife wait for our vehicle when it was done for over 25 minutes and having to go back twice to fix something that never should have happened in the first place makes me highly dissatisfied. Thank you. More
