Service during car accident repair I would have given a 5 if I was more informed. My adjuster and Honda said that my car would be ready about a week before I actually picked it up. The I would have given a 5 if I was more informed. My adjuster and Honda said that my car would be ready about a week before I actually picked it up. The reason was “they are a few days behind” but really they were a week or plus behind. It was more an inconvenience than anything. And come to find out they did a service on my car that was needed due to a recall but no one ever said anything about that until I picked up the car. The rental car smelled like strong cologne and was definitely not cleaned prior to me using it. I’m pretty sure I left it in better condition than I received. Also, my husband and I traveled to Cleveland for a weekend and I put a few things in the glove box and I wondered why there were so many papers in it. There were two packets that belonged to two different customers that used the car before me. I did let the the front desk at Honda collision. More
