Rushed, Not Properly Checked-In I purchased my Odyssey used last October. This was the first time having the vehicle serviced since I purchased it. I dropped off the vehicle on Sunda I purchased my Odyssey used last October. This was the first time having the vehicle serviced since I purchased it. I dropped off the vehicle on Sunday at 2pm for a Monday 1pm appt. It was busy. A gentleman asked me what I needed help with. I told him it was my first time having the vehicle serviced since I bought it last year. He asked me where the vehicle was parked. I told him. He took the keys and said they would get me taken care of. I called the following morning because I realized that the gentleman did not ask for my name. I was told that there was a ticket written up so it should be taken care of. I called before I got off work to see if my van was done. They didn’t have my name in the system and asked if it was under another name. I said no. They had to call me back to see what was going on. They ran the VIN and put the ticket under the previous owner’s name. When I picked up my vehicle, the receipt had the previous owner’s information on it. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 star because the work was done on time. I was just left in a moment of panic because they didn’t know who I was or what was going on with my vehicle. More
