Purchased used "certified" Accord I have purchased two used cars from this deakership. The sales person was pleasant and answered my questions. The car I ended up buying was clean on t I have purchased two used cars from this deakership. The sales person was pleasant and answered my questions. The car I ended up buying was clean on the outside but the inside was dirty and had not been vacuumed or wiped down. The driver floor mat has holes in it and needs to be replaced. No Armorall has been used either on the interior. Last time I bought a car from this dealer three years ago the vehicle was cleaned top to bottom when I drove it off the lot. Disappointed this time. Overall good service I took my Honda here to be serviced under warranty. The tire pressure sensor wouldn't recalibrate. Overall good service. They got me in quick and I fe I took my Honda here to be serviced under warranty. The tire pressure sensor wouldn't recalibrate. Overall good service. They got me in quick and I felt taken care of when I dropped off the car. They even offered to drive me to work and the staff was friendly. I'm only giving 4/5 stars because of their response to my lingering concerns when they called to say it was fixed. They had to recalibrate it three times before it "took". I expressed concern that there may still be an issue. I felt the service person got defensive. A response like "I understand sir. If there continues to be issues, by all means please bring it back in and we'll continue to troubleshoot". Instead I was told how much work they'd have to do to find the issue since there weren't any error codes and it may not be Hondas issue if the sensors were damaged somehow. They did however put a fair amount of time in it, test drive it to make sure it didn't come back, and didn't charge me for anything. Thank you. More

Always pleased I brought my car into honda today for an issue with my AC. I was worried about being able to get it in because we leave for vacation in two weeks. I called and they were able to get me in same day! Everyone was a pleasure as always. Even though my issue was unable to be resolved and needs to be seen at a GM dealership I was overall extremely pleased. The service advisor Zach waived my diagnostic fee because he was unable to help me and definitively diagnose the problem which I thought was extremely nice! I bought my car at Honda and will continue to shop there for all future vehicles! More
