The choice of vehicles in the class that I was wanting, ie color, leather seats, model, price, size, gas mileage, etc, was limited - one white vehicle. I hate white cars! The trade in price for my highly-sought 2015 CRV was less than I had been quoted at two other Honda dealerships and a Chevrolet dealership. But other rebates and adjustments were more. Josh and Taylor were professional, friendly and helpful. Justin was gracious. I am a repeat buyer at this dealership and have received good maintenance care in the past. Other than nobody giving me a call back after seven calls requesting a quote for extended warranty options on my trade-in prior to my purchase, employees have been helpful. If the dealership did not want to sell extended warranties (which I understand) someone should have told me that by the second inquiry. I did happen to speak to Miguel on the eighth call who never got back to me. I finally went in person to the dealership and Taylor gave me the information I had been seeking. thus the four stars instead of five. More

Bad brakes Service center is top notch. The fact that I had to have my brakes fixed three times in the past year is not their fault. Possibly a Honda problem. Wh Service center is top notch.
